This equipment is widely used in the industrial boiler for dust catching, smoke abatement, and desulphurizing, high efficiency in decontaminating. It is mainly composed of the cabinet, air inlet and exit, blowing pipe as well as the bracket of water tank.. First put some water in induced-draft fan, the air mixed with smoke and dust enter the equipment, collide and impact the liquid surface, depending on the inertia the soot is caught by the water layer, and then airflow gets through the water layer as the way of tricking, the gutta excitated has the second cleansing, some imperceptibility soot together with the airflow enter the S-shape decontamination chamber. High speed airflow collides the liquid surface, because of centrifugal effect the imperceptibility soot can be caught. At the same time, So2 in the smoke can be absorbed by the desulfurizer effectively. The air including water will be dehydrated by the breakwater after cleansing, and expelled to the atmosphere by the fan.

Slurry is discharged from the butterfly value which locates at the bottom of the dust catcher, once per 2 hours, four times one workday. Clean water is provided by flow pipe, the water line should be equal to the overflow pipe. Adjusted the overflow pipe to make sure that the induced-draft fan can’t touch the water, and never positive pressure in hearth. The dust water can be drained after deposited in the sedimentation basin, or recycling used.

This product can be easily installed and operated. To prevent reducing slurry discharging inefficiencies, one should operate strictly according to the instruction, shall not change or reduce ducting time, and add Ca(OH) punctually:

Slurry discharging: Purifier shall be cleaned no less than 2 times per workday, to prevent reducing slurry discharging inefficiencies.

1.Slurry discharging cycle could be adjusted according to dust concentration of each workday, the ash level in mud Bucket shall not higher than vortex room.

2.Open the butterfly value, discharge the slurry, if blocked, one can use a stick to dredge.

3.Close the value when discharging the slurry, keep the shutoff valve of the water supply pipeline on, add desulfurizer properly.

Attention:

1.Never run out of water or with little water.

2.Periodic discharge of sewage in case of jam.

3.Run the equipment according to the instruction to prevent damages of it.
